Once upon a time, in a cozy pink and warm bedroom, just before bed time, a little girl must’ve made a wish…. She must’ve closed her eyes and wished really-really strong for something magical to happen because… it really happened! One morning, as the soft sun painted the sky in pinks and purples, on a meadow filled with bright flowers and rainbows, a magical unicorn named Isa appeared!
Isa was unlike any other creature in the meadow. She had big, beautiful eyes with long, black eyelashes that seemed so soft as velvet. Her little pink nose twitched playfully, and her cheeks were blushed with a soft rosy hue, making her look like she was always ready to giggle. Around her waist, she wore a fluffy pink skirt that fluttered in the gentle breeze. And her mane! It flowed like a river of pink silk, glittering softly in the sunlight.
Isa was special in many ways. Not only did she have a beautiful mane, but she also had a magical touch. Whenever Isa brushed someone’s hair or fur, it would begin to shine with a special glow, as if sprinkled with stardust. Animals from all over the meadow came to Isa to feel a bit of her magic. One day, a very busy squirrel named Miss Squirrel came scampering up to Isa.
“Hello, Isa!” Miss Squirrel chattered excitedly. “Can you braid my tail today? And oh, by the way, Princess Veronique has asked for an appointment too! She’s got a big party tonight and needs your magic touch.”
Isa laughed and nodded. “Of course, Miss Squirrel! Let’s make your tail shine like never before.” As Isa gently braided Miss Squirrel’s bushy tail, each strand of fur sparkled and fluffed up like a twinkling cloud. Miss Squirrel was delighted as she pranced away, her braided tail shining behind her.
Later that day, Veronique, the Princess Ballerina Bunny, arrived. Veronique was not just any bunny; she was a royal ballerina from a kingdom next to Princess Pen’s snowy home. Their parents were dear friends, and so were Pen and Veronique. But today, Veronique was feeling nervous—she had a special dance to perform at the party, and she wanted to look her very best.
Veronique wore a golden dress that shimmered like sunshine, with tiny stars sewn into the fabric. Her long, white and rosy ears framed her delicate face, and a small golden crown sat gently on her head. “Hello, Isa!” she said warmly. “My fur is all tangled, and I want to shine tonight. Can you help me?”
Isa smiled brightly. “Of course, Veronique. Let’s make you sparkle!” As Isa brushed Veronique’s white fur, the golden light spread across her, making her look as radiant as the sunrise.
But just then, a strong gust of wind blew through the meadow! The wind was so powerful that it knocked Veronique’s crown off her head and into a patch of thorny raspberry bushes. Veronique’s eyes widened with worry. “Oh no! I need my crown for my royal ballerina recital tonight!”
Isa looked at her friend with determination. “Don’t worry, Veronique. We won’t give up. We can make a path through the thorns if we work carefully and patiently.”
They reached the thorny bushes, which were thick with tangled branches and sharp thorns. The bushes were covered with juicy raspberries, but it was tricky to find a safe way through. Isa thought for a moment, then leaned forward and pushed the bushes firmly with her magical pink horn.
The two friends kept working side by side, slowly pushing away the thorny branches. It was tough, and they had to be very careful not to get hurt.
As they searched, the wind started to be stronger and stronger, making Veronique shiver. “I’m scared, Isa,” she admitted softly.
Isa nuzzled Veronique gently. “We must be brave! Remember Nina’s story,” Isa said. “She never stopped dancing, even when she fell. We can be just like her. We won’t give up now!”
Veronique nodded, feeling inspired. “Yes, Isa. We can do this!”
Encouraged by Isa’s words, Veronique took a deep breath and stood tall. They continued working together, moving each thorny branch until Isa spotted a glimmer of gold caught in the branches above. Using her long, magical mane, Isa carefully pulled the crown down and placed it back on Veronique’s head. Veronique’s eyes sparkled with joy. “Thank you, Isa! You’ve shown me that patience and hard work can make even the hardest tasks possible.”
That evening, at the party, Veronique danced with grace and confidence, her golden dress and white shiny fur sparkling under the moonlight. Isa watched happily, knowing that their teamwork and perseverance had saved the day.
But as the music of the party played, a soft, playful sound came from the distance—a tiny, bouncing sound, like some small feet were practicing dance steps. “Thump, thump, twirl! Thump, thump, twirl!”” it went. Isa’s eyes twinkled, for she knew that this must be the next student to Nina’s ballet school, where young ballerinas came to follow their dreams.
But that, dear reader, is a story for another day…
